What/Who is the Clambake for?

Our Clambake is a fundraising event which raises the necessary funds needed to provide our on-going peer support groups for grieving children, teenagers, and young adults.  Our services are free of cost to participating families.

 

When and where is the Clambake?

Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Martell's Tiki Bar - 308 Boardwalk - Point Pleasant Beach (5:30 pm - 9:30 pm)

 

Where should I park?

There is a general parking lot across the street.

 

Where is my ticket?

We do not provide printed tickets. Please proceed to the check-in table upon arrival and give your name or group name. 

 

What is included with my ticket? 

The price of the ticket includes a full buffet, soft drinks or water, dessert and coffee, plus LIVE entertainment by The Eddie Testa Band. It does NOT include alcoholic beverages.

 

What kind of food is offered and are there other options besides seafood?

We will have a variety of food at the food stations, such as lobster, clams, shrimp, salad, macaroni and cheese, cornbread and many other items. We will also have carving stations with meat such as prime rib, for those that do not eat seafood.

 

What is the dress code?

Beach casual.

 

Can I reserve a table?

We only provide reserved tables for sponsor levels of $1,500 and higher. There is ample seating on the upper level pier, beach and inside.

 

Is there a Gift Auction or 50/50?

There is no gift auction but we will have a 50/50 raffle. There will be volunteers walking around selling tickets along with a table by the stage to purchase tickets. 50/50 tickets will be sold as 1 for $5.00 or 5 for $20.00.

 

Is there an age limit to attend?

No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.  Only those 21 and over may consume alcoholic beverages from Martell's cash bar.  We will have complimentary bottled water and soft drinks available.

 

What and when is the Floating Lantern?

You may purchase a floating lantern in advance or at the event. Tables will be located on the lower level deck and beach for lantern purchase along with volunteers walking around. You may personalize your lantern at the tables. All lanterns will then be placed in a line along the beach for you to collect and bring to the ocean's edge at 9 pm.  


Can I make an additional contribution?

Yes. You may make a tax-deductible contribution on both our sponsorship/ticket page and floating lantern page.
