What is Chefs Extraordinaire?

Chefs Extraordinaire is a culinary and wine tasting with a unique twist...

With the help of Monmouth and Ocean Counties' finest chefs, we help children and teens create special dishes in honor of their loved one.

Children and teens from our program are paired with one of our participating chefs who then meet with their chef at his or her restaurant. Together, they discuss their loved ones favorite foods, then create a dish to honor their person. That dish is then served to all our guests on the night of the event. 

This is a tasting event with over 40 participating restaurants, wine, spirit and dessert vendors. 

We also have a spectacular gift auction which includes over 75 baskets.
